Per Högselius è professore di Storia della Tecnologia al KTH Royal Institute of Technology di Stoccolma. Tra i massimi esperti nel campo della storia dell’energia, è autore di "Red Gas: Russia and the origins of European energy dependence (2012) ed Energy and Geopolitics (2018)".
