The course aims to provide students with practical guidance on the role of Human Resources in the processes of evaluation, selection, and monitoring of the professional development and career paths of personnel within organizational contexts. Additionally, it seeks to offer guidance on the implementation of support tools for corporate strategy to promote the well-being of professionals within organizational settings.
