In the perspective of school inclusion, as promoted by international bodies and Italian regulations, the workshop will deal with pedagogy and didactics as foundations to guarantee the quality of inclusive processes in the various contexts of life: family, school, leisure, work.
Through the development of specific teaching design skills and individual and group self-reflection, the course aims to
- explore the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) model as a pedagogical framework for designing flexible learning environments accessible to all;
- analyse the Capability Approach as an interpretative key to promote inclusion by enhancing the potential and freedom of choice of students.
The workshop activities will be accompanied by structured activities of reflection and self-reflection, in order to promote in the participants a critical awareness in the pedagogical field for a responsible and inclusive professional development.

Attendance at the workshop is strongly recommended but not compulsory for the purposes of the examination, however, those who choose to participate are required to attend the proposed experiences on an ongoing basis. The workshop will start on Monday 6 October 2025.Modalità Valutazione
The examination includes a laboratory test. Taking the laboratory test is compulsory for access to the written test for the course held by Prof. Rizzo. Students attending the laboratory will carry out activities and simulations that will be the subject of critical reflection, project work and ongoing assessment. More detailed information will be provided by Prof. De Angelis on the Formonline platform. Students who do not attend the workshop will have to follow the indications on Professor Rizzo's teaching notice board, i.e. they will have to study one of the texts of their choice proposed for the achievement of the 3 cfu of the workshop.
