Programma

In response to the complexity of current organizational contexts, characterized by network structures where connection logic with high relational, emotional, and communicative scopes prevails, the "Tools for Empowerment in Organizations" workshop aims to introduce students to methodologies, strategies, and the most suitable tools to navigate this emerging complexity. Following the Sociology of Organization course, which illustrates the theoretical framework of sociological organizational disciplines and new organizational, person-centered models as strategic development levers, the laboratory will explore resources and tools for personal growth: philosophical practices for organization, counseling, and coaching, also widely used in managerial training and in enhancing and coordinating groups.
